Yes. Your session auto-saves after every response. You can also click “Save & Exit” at any time. When you return, you’ll see the option to continue where you left off.

The coach will work in “enhance” mode — targeting the weakest sections of your existing profile and adding depth, rather than starting over.

This can happen if the session state gets confused. Click “Save & Exit,” then return and use “Start Fresh” to begin a clean session. Your previous answers in your profile are not lost.

Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing → click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update payment methods. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → "Danger Zone" → "Delete My Account." Enter your password and type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm. This permanently removes all your data.

Yes. We use encrypted data storage, HTTPS everywhere, secure authentication, and rate limiting. Your data is never shared with third parties except the AI services that generate your documents.

Yes — the app is mobile-responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. For the best experience on the AI Career Coach, a tablet or desktop is recommended due to the amount of typing involved.

No. Your profile and document data is used only to generate your content. It is not used to train or fine-tune any AI models.

Try refreshing the page and generating again. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome works best). Email support@jobseeker-ai.com if it still fails.

Click "Save & Exit" at any time, then when you return select "Start Fresh" to clear your previous session.

Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn’t update after rebuilding a section, log out and log back in. The score recalculates on page load.

On first load after a period of inactivity, the server may take 10–20 seconds to wake up. This is normal. Subsequent requests will be fast.

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security. Simply log in again — your profile and all saved assets are preserved.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, wait 2–3 minutes and try again. If the issue continues, email support@jobseeker-ai.com.
