Yes. Your profile and documents are private to your account, stored with encryption, and never shared with third parties except the AI services that generate your content. We never use your data to train AI models.

Sign up at jobseeker-ai.com — you can create an account with your email or sign in instantly with Google. Once logged in, build your profile by uploading your resume, pasting text, or using the AI Career Coach.

You can sign in with your Google account (fastest — just one click) or create an account with your email and password. Both methods give you access to the same features. If you already have an account with email/password, you can also sign in with Google using the same email — your accounts will be linked automatically.

Yes. Career consultancies, recruiting teams, outplacement firms, and university career centers use JobSeeker-AI to support multiple candidates under one contract. Your organization gets a custom monthly limit for each feature, and your admin can allocate individual candidates more or less depending on their needs.

Limits have three layers. Each candidate gets a monthly allocation for each feature (resumes, cover letters, etc.). Your organization has a monthly cap that applies across all candidates combined. Whichever cap is reached first stops further generation until the next month or until limits are adjusted. Your admin can view current usage against both layers in the Admin Console.

Org-wide caps and per-candidate defaults are set at contract time and adjusted by platform support. Your designated admin can override individual candidate limits within your contract envelope — for example, giving a senior consultant more interview prep sessions while keeping others at the standard rate.

Per-candidate limits are changed in real time by your admin in the Quotas tab on each candidate’s detail view. Org-wide cap changes are made by platform support, typically within one business day of your request.

They see a clear message explaining whether they hit their personal limit or the org-wide limit. If it’s their personal limit, the message asks them to contact their admin. If it’s the org limit, the message asks them to contact platform support. Generation pauses until the next calendar month or until limits are adjusted.

Yes. The Act-As feature lets an admin work in a candidate’s account to help them set up their profile, generate documents, or troubleshoot issues. Usage during Act-As counts against the candidate’s allocation and the org cap.

No. Your candidates’ data is isolated to your organization. Other enterprise customers, individual users, and our staff (outside of designated support) cannot see your candidates’ profiles, documents, or activity.
