1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with JobSeeker-AI. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them. Our goal is to be fair and transparent.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Pro $19.99/month, Premium $34.99/month) are non-refundable.
- When you subscribe, you get immediate access to all plan features for the full billing month.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.
- We do not issue partial-month refunds.
Exception: If you are charged after a cancellation request due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions (Pro $179.88/year, Premium $299.88/year) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
- If you cancel an annual subscription after 14 days, your access continues until the annual period ends — you will not be charged for renewal if cancelled before the renewal date.
Exception: Billing errors on our end are always eligible for refund regardless of timing.
5. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
Important — please read carefully:
If you delete your account while on an active paid subscription, your subscription is cancelled immediately and no refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
We strongly recommend cancelling your subscription first (Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan) and waiting for the period to end before deleting your account if you wish to use the remaining paid time.
6. Promotional and Discounted Plans
- The BETA100 promotional code provides 100% off the first month — this free period is not eligible for refund as no charge is made.
- Other promotional discounts follow the same monthly/annual refund rules above based on the actual amount charged.
7. How to Request a Refund
Eligible refunds can be requested by:
- Emailing support@jobseeker-ai.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that are found to be invalid may result in account suspension.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy with 30 days notice. The effective date at the top reflects the latest update.
